Bridget Saulnier – The Mohawk Inn & Conference Centre

In the spring of 2012, after falling in love with the landscape and warm communities throughout the Niagara Escarpment, Bridget Saulnier and her husband Shawn bought the Mohawk Inn and Conference Centre in Campbellville. The first phase of updates to hotel rooms, banquet facilities, patios and grounds started in earnest. Early 2013 will see a second phase to the lobby and dining room.

Bridget brings a passion for social media and a deep understanding of its critical role in business development to her leadership of communications and marketing at the Mohawk Inn. Bridget’s commitment to combining entrepreneurial and community development approaches comes from a 22 year Ontario Public Service career focused on charities and non-profits, and a lifetime involvement in small businesses. Most recently she managed an Ontario High School volunteerism program.
Bridget is excited to bring her ethos of family, friendship, volunteerism, community involvement, mentorship and partnership to the evolving Mohawk Inn. She is enjoying partnering and connecting with people and local businesses throughout Milton and Campbellville.  Bridget and Shawn have a blended “Brady Bunch” family with four children. She also collaborates with Shawn on Partners in Transformation – their fundraising and business development consulting company.

A Marquee Event!

Milton Mompreneurs and Milton Area Female Entrepreneurs were proud to host their March Meetup at Milton’s newest restaurant, Marquee Steakhouse & Piano Bar!  It was an extraordinary Networking event, featuring “The Queen of Networking” herself, Donna Messer of ConnectUs Canada.

Donna tapped into the importance of asking “How Can I Help You?” when it comes to business, and demonstrating why it’s key to find how you are RELATABLE to others (there is always SOMETHING you can connect with!).  Attendees were also spoiled with an absolutely DELICIOUS Crepe Station, with all the fixin’s and a welcoming staff to boot — an event we won’t soon forget!
